- Navertyx does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, clicks, impressions, or conversions;
- Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors.
Advertising Content
You authorise Navertyx to:
- Create, modify, and publish marketing content based on materials you provide;
- Use tracking numbers and analytics tools where applicable;
- Consider content approved if no feedback is received within 7 days of submission.
You confirm that all materials you provide are lawful, accurate, and owned or properly licensed.
9. FEES & PAYMENTS
- Fees are payable as outlined in your specific service agreement or invoice.
- Monthly fees are payable at the end of each calendar month.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services.
- Accounts overdue by 45 days may be paused; 90 days may be referred for collection.
- Credit card payments may incur a processing fee.
10. WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Access & Permissions
You agree to provide all necessary access credentials required to complete the project.
Platforms & Third-Party Tools
Navertyx may use open-source platforms (e.g. WordPress) and third-party tools. We are not responsible for issues caused by updates, plugins, hosting providers, or external services.
Ownership
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
- Ownership transfers to the Client only after full payment.
- Until paid in full, all designs remain the property of Navertyx.
11. WEBSITE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Maintenance services involve updates to software, plugins, security, and content. Due to reliance on third-party platforms and hosting, Navertyx cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance.
Cancellations require 30 days’ written notice.
12. CREATIVE DESIGN SERVICES
Includes logos, branding, print, and digital assets.
- Up to 3 revisions included unless otherwise agreed.
- Final files delivered after full payment.
- Navertyx retains portfolio and promotional usage rights.
13. UNACCEPTABLE USE
Navertyx strictly prohibits services related to illegal, abusive, deceptive, pornographic, harmful, or unethical activities, including (but not limited to) scams, spamming, illegal drugs, weapons, hate content, copyright infringement, or unlawful business models.
Navertyx reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its sole discretion.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Navertyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or data.
Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client during the relevant contract period.
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Navertyx, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Your use of the Services;
- Content you provide;
- Breach of these Terms.
16. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless required by law or authorised in writing.
17. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION
- Clients may cancel within 14 days of purchase.
- After 14 days, deposits may be retained to cover work completed.
- Additional work beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Navertyx reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Website and take effect immediately.
