Refunds Policy

This Refunds Policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Navertyx LTD ("Navertyx", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy is designed to protect Navertyx to the maximum extent permitted by law while remaining compliant with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
By purchasing or engaging any services from Navertyx, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refunds Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICY
Navertyx provides professional digital services, including (but not limited to) digital marketing, website design and development, website maintenance, creative design, advertising, and consultancy services.
Due to the nature of these services—many of which involve time, resources, planning, and intellectual work — all sales are final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued strictly at the discretion of Navertyx, except where required by applicable law.
2. DEPOSITS & UPFRONT PAYMENTS
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits are used to secure project time, allocate resources, and commence work.
- Once a deposit has been paid, Navertyx reserves the right to begin work immediately.
If a Client cancels a project after a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be retained by Navertyx in full, regardless of whether the project has commenced.
3. DIGITAL MARKETING & ADVERTISING SERVICES
Refunds are not provided for digital marketing, advertising, SEO, or social media management services, including but not limited to:
- Strategy development
- Campaign setup or management
- Advertising spend or third-party platform fees
- Time spent managing, optimising, or reporting on campaigns
Navertyx does not guarantee specific results (such as leads, sales, rankings, impressions, or conversions). Lack of desired results does not constitute grounds for a refund.
4. WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Once work has commenced on a website design or development project:
- No refunds will be issued for work already completed or time already spent;
- If a project is cancelled by the Client, Navertyx reserves the right to retain all payments made to date to cover work completed and costs incurred;
- Any outstanding balance for completed work remains payable.
Ownership of all designs, code, and materials remains with Navertyx until full payment is received.
5. WEBSITE MAINTENANCE & SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
- Website maintenance, hosting support, and recurring services are billed on a subscription or recurring basis;
- Refunds are not issued for partially used billing periods;
- Cancellations must be made in accordance with the notice period outlined in the service agreement (typically thirty (30) days);
- Failure to cancel within the required notice period will result in charges for the next billing cycle.
6. CREATIVE & DESIGN SERVICES
Creative services (including logos, branding, print, and digital assets) are custom-made and non-returnable.
Accordingly:
- No refunds will be issued once creative work has commenced;
- Revisions are provided strictly in accordance with the agreed scope;
- Dissatisfaction with subjective design preferences does not constitute grounds for a refund.
7. THIRD-PARTY COSTS & FEES
Navertyx is not responsible for, and does not refund, any third-party costs, including but not limited to:
- Advertising spend (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Domain registrations
- Hosting services
- Software licences
- Plugins, themes, or third-party tools
Such costs are non-refundable and subject to the respective third party’s terms and conditions.
8. CLIENT DELAYS & NON-COOPERATION
No refunds will be issued where delays or failure to deliver results are caused by:
- Client failure to provide required information, access, approvals, or feedback;
- Extended periods of non-communication;
- Changes to scope requested after work has commenced.
Navertyx reserves the right to close or pause projects due to prolonged inactivity without issuing a refund.
9. STATUTORY RIGHTS (UK CONSUMERS)
Nothing in this Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Where services have not yet commenced, UK consumers may have the right to cancel within fourteen (14) days of purchase. If work has begun at the Client’s request within this period, Navertyx reserves the right to charge for work completed up to the cancellation date, which may reduce or eliminate any refund.
10. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and solely at Navertyx’s discretion. Any approved refund:
- Will be calculated based on work completed and costs incurred;
- May be issued as a partial refund only;
- Does not include third-party fees or transaction charges.
11. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Navertyx to attempt resolution.
Unauthorised chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and may be disputed by Navertyx with supporting documentation.
12. POLICY CHANGES
Navertyx reserves the right to update or amend this Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication.
